The Wedding Library 2009-2010 Grand Raffle Promo
Promo Duration: May 8, 2009 - February 4, 2010
Prizes:  One (1) P 25,000 cash 
         Two (2) P 10,000 cash
Minor Prizes: Fifty (50) P 500 Gift Certificates from The Wedding Library
Deadline of Submission of Entries: February 4, 2010, 5 PM

Wedding Date must be between May 8, 2009 - December 31, 2010 to be eligible to join

One submission of raffle entry per supplier booking per couple/ celebrator
 

Mechanics: 
 

1. Brides/grooms/debutantes/other celebrators/ guests who will book online to any participating wedding/ celebrations  suppliers 
   within the promo duration will get raffle entries.  One raffle ticket per booking.  A participant who books any participating
   supplier who is an exhibitor to Weddings & Debuts 2010 Bridal Fair and/or  who is a Member Supplier of any of 
   The Wedding Library branches get an additional entry.  If a participant books another participating supplier, he/she gets 
   an additional entry/ies.  A participant can submit an entry everytime he/she books another participating supplier.  
   
2. Wedding/ debut/ other celebration date must be between May 8, 2009 - December 31, 2010 to be eligible for the raffle.

3. Booking must be made between May 8, 2009 - February 4, 2010 to be eligible to join.  Clients who have previously booked
   any exhibitor may still be eligible if he/she makes additional payments during the promo period.

4. After booking with any participating exhibitor, click the banner advertisement of the promo in any participating
   exhibitor's website or at www.weddinglibrary.com.ph to access the e-raffle ticket.

5. Accomplish the raffle entry by ticking what type of function, and writing your complete name and address, tel/cel  nos,
   your wedding/debut/ other celebration  date, company booked at,  and assisting sales  staff's name. 
   Submit the form by clicking “Submit”  on the Raffle Entry Page

6. Deadline of submission of entries will be on February 4, 2010 at 5 pm.

7. If participant cancels winning booking with the participating supplier, another entry will be drawn.

8. Grand Raffle Prize is One (1) P 25,000 cash.  Two (2) P 10,000 cash will also be given.  Minor prizes will be fifty (50) 
   P 500 Gift Certificates from The Wedding Library.  Prizes are transferable. Minor prizes are non-convertible to cash.

9. Raffle draw will be on February 5, 2010 at 10:30 am.  The raffle draw will be at The Wedding Library, SM Mega branch, 
   5th level Bldg B., SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City, in the presence of a DTI representative.

10. A participant can win only once.  If a person wins more than once, he/she gets the higher prize. 
     Another entry will be drawn for the smaller prize.

11. Winners will be notified through registered mail.  To claim the prize, winner must present a valid ID (SSS,  Driver's License,
     Passport, or Voter's ID), the notification letter, and booking documents.

12. Prize is subject to 20% withholding tax  for the prize exceeding P 10,000, to be shouldered by the winner.  

13. Redemption period will be within 60 days from receipt of notification.  Prize not claimed within the prescribed period will be
     forfeited in favor of the organizer with prior approval from DTI.

14. Winner can claim his/her prize at The Wedding Library, SM Megamall branch, 5th level Bldg B SM Megamall, 
     Mandaluyong City during mall hours, Mondays-Sundays, 10 am-9 pm.  Look for branch assistant manager.

15. All employees of The Wedding Library, its exhibitors, and sponsors, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity
     and consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
